We are looking for a talented and motivated Traffic Coordinator to join our studio. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and execution of projects for our clients and dedicated teams.

Responsibilities

Plan and organize projects based on client needs, resources, and deadlines, using our various tools
Coordinate internal teams (development, creative, strategy) and external subcontractors to ensure the quality delivery of projects
Develop and maintain a project calendar, ensuring priority and deadline management
Ensure project budget tracking, in collaboration with the management team
Ensure smooth communication with internal teams, providing regular updates on potential scheduling conflicts or resource changes
Identify potential issues and propose solutions to address them
Assist directors with various administrative tasks.

Candidate profile

Minimum of 2 years of experience in coordinating digital projects, in a web agency or client-side
Independent, rigorous, meticulous, and organized
In-depth knowledge of web production and development processes
Excellent communication and team management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with different stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management and administration tools such as ClickUp and Harvest (an asset)
